We are reaching out with an important update from our entire Ajmal Perfumes team to reassure you that we are working tirelessly to keep our employees, production and distribution facilities safe; whilst at the same time continuing to serve you. 

Since 1951, Ajmal Perfumes has stood for trust, quality and confidence. Our values are rooted in serving our customers with excellence. At this time of great challenge, nothing is more important for us than your health and safety. 

We are closely following the recommendations of local governments and public health authorities. And we have initiated a number of critical measures to ensure that each and every customer continues to experience the Ajmal mark of trust, with minimal risk to his or her health.  

 

Health & Safety

 • Ajmal strictly complies with all product quality guidelines as per our ISO 9001:2015 QMS standards, our ISO 22716:2007 GMP standards and our ISO 22301:2012 BCMS Certified Company standards. 

• At our Factory, all established quality standards have been strictly enforced for the hygiene and safety of all raw materials and packaging materials, sampling, equipment, storage, quality control checks, packaging and dispatch processes. 

• In accordance with local public health authorities and the guidelines as prescribed by the World Health Organization, we are – on a daily basis – sanitizing our production facilities, quality control processes, packing and storage facilities, in addition to ensuring that all our employees follow and enforce rigorous hygiene practices.

• We have provided sanitizers for all our customers and staff, across all our retail showrooms and touch-points. 

• We have ensured that each and every delivery partner that works with us complies with health, safety and hygiene requirements. 

E-Commerce 

• Since we understand that you may not be able to shop at an Ajmal Perfumes showroom, our Online Selling E-Commerce Platform – https://shop.ajmalperfume.com – is fully active and geared up to meet your needs for perfume buying. 

• On https://shop.ajmalperfume.com we accept all orders for shipping locally and overseas/abroad, with certain exceptions made for countries where there may be restrictions on inbound courier shipments.

• All our customers are encouraged to shop online by using their Credit or Debit Cards – and to minimize Cash on delivery in order to allay the risks of contact with fomites. 

• All our courier and shipping partners are committed to adhere to the highest and strictest health, safety and hygiene standards. 

• All prepaid orders done online will be left at your door rather than be handed over. This contactless home delivery process will help minimize interaction.
