• Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

    No, you can shop at Ajmal without creating an account. We actually have two options so you can checkout as either a Guest with help of your social media login or a Member. However, by creating an account you would get the following benefits:

    • Review your order history,
    • Save your favorite products and organize them into your wishlist,
    • Save your address to make it a lot easier to shop in the future.

  • How do I change my account details?

    Go to Login and sign into your ACCOUNT using your email address and password. Click ‘My profile’ go to ‘change password’ and update, remembering to 'Save Changes'. For security purposes, we may request further information to verify your identity.

  • How will I know that AJMAL PERFUMES has received my order?

    We will send an order acknowledgement email immediatley after the order has been placed. Please Contact Us with your order details if you do not RECEIVE this email. Please note this is not an acceptance of your order. Your order is not accepted by us until you have received an email from us confirming that the order has been shipped.

  • Can I cancel my order?

    Customer Service is unable to cancel or make changes to an order once it has been shipped. If you wish to cancel your order, then you're required to inform Ajmal Perfumes through email or telephone about your cancellation within 24 hours from the time of order being placed.

    At Ajmal, our preferred payment method is via a secure DEBIT & CREDIT card transaction. Rest assured, your card number will be protected using industry-leading encryption standards. We guarantee a safe shopping experience on our website. We currently accept Visa and MasterCard. Orders completed with CREDIT cards will not be charged any additional fees.

  • Why was my credit/debit card or other payment method declined at checkout?

    If you receive notification that your Credit or Debit card or other payment method has been declined, please contact your issuing bank or payment provider. Before doing so, please ensure that:

    The 3 or 4 digit security number is correct

  • When will I receive my order?

    Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Your item will be delivered within 4-5 Working days and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

    • Working days are Sunday to Thursday, excluding public holidays in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

  • Where does Ajmal Perfumes deliver?

      • Presently, Ajmal Perfume online store is only available for purchase and shipment within UAE and KSA. You are required to choose a preferred country in order to avail the offers and products that are available in your respective countries.

    • We regret to inform that if you wish to place an order in UAE and request for a delivery in KSA or vice versa, we will not be able to process the request.

    Due to strict International trading agreements and regulations, we are unable to ship the fragrance to other countries except UAE & KSA. As of now, we can ship the goods only within UAE & KSA.
