Click & Collect

Click & Collect is yet another convenient way for you to get your favorite products from our online store. Great benefits include zero shipping charges and the flexibility of collecting your order from a convenient location.

How does it work?

• Step 1 - Shop Online

  Select the product you want to buy, add to your basket and head to the checkout.

• Step 2 - Checkout

  2.1 At the checkout select Click & Collect as your shipping method. It's free and there is no additional surcharge!

  2.2 Select a convenient location from the list provided or the map view.

  2.3 Pay for your order using your Credit Card, Debit Card or pay at in-store by cash.

• Step 3 - Delivery

  Once you have received your confirmation email, simply pop in store to collect your shopping when you are advised it’s ready.

Once your click and collect order is ready we will send you a confirmation email advising your order is ready to collect. All we ask is that you have your Order ID and the photo copy of any personal ID. (If you Pre-Paid) Alternatively, if you have a friend collecting the order on your behalf, we simply ask that you provide them with your Order ID and the photo copy your friend's personal ID.

If you have not collected your order after 5 days, we'll send you a reminder.

Any Click & Collect will not be available for immediate collection and please do not travel to the store until you have been advised that your order is ready for collection.
