1.ONLINE ORDER

  • Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

    No, you can shop at Ajmal Perfume.com without creating an account. We actually have two options so you can checkout as either a Guest or a Member. However, by creating an account you would get the following benefits:

    • Review your order history,
    • Save your favorite products and organize them into your wishlist,
    • Save your address to make it a lot easier to shop in the future.

  • How do I change my account details?

    Go to Login and sign into your ACCOUNT using your email address and password. Click ‘Account Information’ and update, remembering to 'Save Changes'. For security purposes, we may request further information to verify your identity.

  • What do I do if I have forgotten my password?

    Go to Login and select ‘Forgot your Password’. Enter your registrered email ID and then get a new password through email. For security purposes, we may request further information to verify your identity.

  • How will I know that AJMAL PERFUMES has received my order?

    We will send an order acknowledgement email immediatley after the order has been placed. Please Contact Us with your order details if you do not RECEIVE this email. Please note this is not an acceptance of your order. Your order is not accepted by us until you have received an email from us confirming that the order has been shipped.

  • Can I cancel my order?

    Customer Service is unable to cancel or make changes to an order once it has been shipped. If you wish to cancel your order, then you're required to inform Ajmal Perfumes through email or telephone about your cancellation within 24 hours from the time of order being placed.

  • What kind of payment methods do you accept?

    Credit / Debit Cards

    At Ajmal Perfume.com, our preferred payment method is via a secure DEBIT & CREDIT card transaction. Rest assured, your card number will be protected using industry-leading encryption standards. We guarantee a safe shopping experience on our website. We currently accept Visa and MasterCard CREDIT cards. Orders completed with CREDIT cards will not be charged any additional fees.

  • Why was my credit/debit card or other payment method declined at checkout?

    If you receive notification that your Credit or Debit card or other payment method has been declined, please contact your issuing bank or payment provider. Before doing so, please ensure that:

    • The card details or payment information entered are correct. For instance, your 16 digit code is correct and that you have selected the right card type
    • The 3 or 4 digit security number is correct
    • Your Credit or Debit card has not expired
    • Verify whether you entered your payment information correctly

3.SHIPPING

  • When will I receive my order?

    Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Your item will be delivered within 2-3 Working days and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.  

    Please select your preferred shipping destination for shipping options, delivery times, shipping Costs and all other information.

    • Working days are Sunday to Thursday, excluding public holidays in QATAR
    • All orders are shipped domestically from QATAR
    • Please note: : Orders placed after the cut-off times or on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following working day and We do not deliver to freight forwarding addresses or PO Boxes.

  • Where does Ajmal Perfumes deliver?

    • Presently, Ajmal Perfume online store is only available for purchase and shipment within QATAR . You are required to choose a preferred country in order to avail the offers and products that are available in your respective countries.
    • We regret to inform that if you wish to place an order in QATAR and request for a delivery in UAE or vice versa, we will not be able to process the request.

  • Can I track my order?

    • Once your order has been shipped you can also track it at http://www.qpost.com.qa/QTrack.aspx using the tracking number located in your shipping confirmation email.

  • What are shipping restrictions?

    Due to strict International trading agreements and regulations, we are unable to ship the fragrance to other countries. As of now, we can ship the goods only within QATAR .

4.RETURN

  • How do I return an item I've ordered online?

    Free returns are available for all sale items within 7 days of receipt, provided the return conditions specified below are met. Alternatively orders cannot be returned for an exchange in Ajmal Perfumes stores within the country of shipping.

    Please note that online exclusive products, special offers may not be returned using the free returns service. If you wish to return an online exclusive product, special offersusing any other collection or postal service, you will be required to pay the cost of returning the item.

    Important: We do not accept LIABILITY for goods returned using any other method other than our collection service.

  • RETURN CONDITIONS

    • Purchases must be returned from the original shipping country.
    • Returns will be accepted only if there is any manufacturing defect with the product or mismatch of the product.
    • Items returned must be in their unused original condition with all Ajmal Perfumes item tags attached and any related sampling pieces and booklets included.
    • Incomplete, damaged, or altered returns, or anything we at Ajmal Perfumes reasonably believe has been used, will not be accepted and therefore sent back to the customer. In such cases, shipping charges will be paid by customers.
    • Return charges are not applicable if you met the above conditions.
    • No Refund for cash on delivery orders.
    • Refunds will be accepted only for orders which paid through online payment method.
    • On RECEIPT of a return, we will process the refund as soon as possible. We estimate refunds will be made by the bank of your payment method within 7-10 working days. Working days is Sunday to Thursday excluding QATAR public holidays.

    • If the item which you are returning was purchased in a currency other than your local currency, any refund will be paid in the same currency as purchase. Due to fluctuations in currency EXCHANGE RATES the amount refunded may be higher or lower than the original price paid.

  • Can I return an item I received as a gift?

    Yes, unused items can be returned to us within 7 days of RECEIPT for all sale items.

    Please return the goods to us using the free Returning your Purchase process and ensure the Return Conditions are met. Returns will be refunded to the original purchaser via the original method of payment.

    Please note that an Exclusive and Gift Set items may not be returned using the free returns service. If you wish to return these item(s) using any other collection or postal service, you will be required to pay the COSTS of returning the item.
